Shannon, you're amazing. Key, bye. Here's the thing. Angel Lakita Moore is kind of a big deal. And she's shooting a pilot. I don't know where she is, but she's super famous. And she's not here today. But I'm very excited to announce that I have a guest co host. Her name is Sarah Frazier. And she is from the Sarah Frazier podcast, which is pretty huge. You're kind of a big deal. Hi, Sarah.

You OK. So I was starting to tell you before I hit record, because why not just do everything on the actual podcast itself, that I was doing my homework and listening to your podcast. And you are so brave. You record entire podcast by yourself. And you carry that shit.

Well, it's taken me a very long time because, you know, obviously you came on the Sarah Frazier show. And I was telling you a little bit about my background, which was always morning radio for years. And I was never the lead host.

So when I first started my podcast, I always had co host because I just was like, how can I ever do this solo. And then a couple of years in, you know, my co host, they moved on to other things.

And I kept introducing new. I was like, all right, I can do this. I can do this. So, I mean, the first episodes, people would message me. And they would be like, you really need a co host. This is really terrible.

Really? Yeah. Oh, yeah. People were like, I love you. But yeah, it's, it's not good. And then I don't know. I guess I just kept going and going. And, you know, eventually suddenly things click. And I was like, oh, all right.

I've listened back a couple of times. So like, this doesn't sound terrible solo.

No. And I mean, listen, so many people do have their own thing. And, you know, then it just gets to be your show. And you can say whatever you want and do whatever you want.

And then you can have guests when you want.

That's what I love. I love like bringing a new people. And, you know, my show is a lot of pop culture. Like, I'm obsessed with TLC shows.

So, you know, my 600 pound live, 1000 pound sisters. And of course, you know, before the 90 days and 90 day fiance.

So I love those shows. But I also love interviewing just people that are really outliers. Like, I've had a woman on that, you know, sons, her butthole for energy.

Run to me. Like, I never would have thought of that. And she's like, oh, yeah, you should sun your, I think she calls it like, well, her Yoni and whatever else.

And she's like, you'll have amazing energy every day. I'm like, I kind of want to try this. So I like having people. I'm like that.

So, so you keep it non judgmental. Oh my God. Non judgmental. I mean, I've had a woman on who's married to a chandelier. I've had, I mean, I like, I love people that are trailblazers and are brave enough to put themselves out there and go, you know what? This is my life.

And the coming up on the show, I actually have a pet death doula, who will be with your pet and be with you as your pet transitions to the other side.
