All right, so huge thank you for coming down to arena. Please tell us about your mission.

Absolutely. Yes, so I was born in the Children of God cult. I was given as a child bride at H3 and

suffered all kinds of horrific abuses. It's taken me all probably a couple decades to actually heal

from my past and be able to get to a point where I can talk about my story without bursting into

tears. So I've able now to find a lot of joy in life. I have a couple businesses on the side.

One is where I'm a trauma recovery specialist. So I work with other child abuse and child

trafficking survivors to heal from their past using all kinds of modalities connecting the mind

body spirit. I also work part time at a equine therapy horse ranch. So I work with trauma recovery

survivors and horses together and I have a business on the side helping solo travelers get over

their fear of traveling solo and I help them plan exciting trips and give them tips and things

that I've learned from my traveling all over the world. Okay, before we get into your story then

and we you know we commend you for all this work this fantastic work that you're doing.

Was there a gap in your life whereby you had to deal with your own trauma before you could help

over people? Because imagine to get to a level you're so strong now that you can help over people

because it would be very triggering and it would cause someone to relive things if they've been

through these things. How do you do that? A lot of self-care. So the main thing that I had to learn was

I had to be selfish first and I had to take care of myself first. So when I help others and when

I do a session, I never do sessions back to back because I need that time to go outside. I need

time to have a coffee to read a book to do something for myself before being able to put a hundred

percent into into the next session and into talking about things with others because it is

triggering. I have lived it. I have experienced it and sometimes things will just pop up into my head

of memories of my own life when I'm talking to somebody else. So for me it was very important to
