The baggage is, you know, when you're getting married and you have the term, well, I want

to marry someone without a lot of baggage.

Well, baggage refers to things in our past that are negative that we bring with us into

the marriage, that affect the marriage in a bad way.

And so, optimally, we want to get married without baggage, but for many of us, we got married

with baggage.

With Karen and I, I mean, we got married and we had tons of baggage, especially Karen.
