I'm excited about this topic today because we're going to be talking about how to avoid pitfalls

when it comes to your marriage. And you know, there's pitfalls in every different

facet of life. I actually read a book many years ago by Beth Moore, one of my favorite authors,

and it was called Get Out of That Pit. And in the book, she describes how there's really like

three different kinds of ways that we fall into pits or things that kind of end up being, you know,

harmful in our life. And she says, the first way is you're running towards it. Like you're running

towards the sin, you're running towards the behavior, you know, is ultimately going to hurt you,

but you're going there anyway. So you're running to that pit. The second way is you kind of without
