| 0:00.0 | You're listening to the Family Discipleship podcast, a podcast of Training the Church. |
| 0:13.3 | Well, listeners, lucky you. It's ladies night. It's not really nighttime. But it's just me and |
| 0:20.6 | Chelsea here. So welcome to the podcast. I'm |
| 0:23.5 | here with Chelsea, my co-host and Noah Adam for this episode. But that's okay. It's because he's |
| 0:28.9 | nailed this topic, right? He's a great listener, Chelsea, right? Yeah, he is a good listener. He's a great |
| 0:33.4 | listener. We just talked about before hitting record that neither of us feel like we're great listeners. |
| 0:38.6 | So this is going to be good for our own soul, good practice talking about it and edifying for |

| 1:04.5 | you know what? |
| 1:05.0 | I'm going to set this aside and focus. |
| 1:07.8 | And I was like, I just felt like, that's nice. |
| 1:10.3 | Yeah. What she just did there. Y'all, she was |
| 1:12.8 | like listening and reading text on her Apple Watch the entire time. I was like, oh, okay. The gesture |
| 1:21.0 | didn't really fall in. No, it's like, I think afterwards I was like, oh, you can set that phone |
| 1:26.2 | aside because you're going to be reading text the entire time on your watch. So much easier. It's just we want to be two places at once, but we can't.
