but you all just know it says the Freemans. And for the last month, we have been collecting anonymous

questions from the community all about intimacy, covering things from mismatch sex drives,

long dry spells, how to reignite the spark after having a baby, what's realistic, how often

are couples intimate. There are a lot of in-depth and very

specific questions. And a lot of them came up several times. So we're trying to prioritize a lot of

those. Now, one of the most telling things in this questionnaire that we sent out was how couples

rated the satisfaction with the frequency and enjoyment of intimacy. And the score

came out to be two out of five, five being the highest. Now to us, that should be a wake-up call

for all of us. And if you want to, I would suggest, it's daring,

but ask each other that question. So again, the question is, on a scale of zero to five,

five being the highest, how satisfied are you with the frequency and the enjoyment of our intimacy? And we're going to get into how to

handle if that conversation can feel difficult or if the answers are hard to hear from your

partner and also what to do about it. But in this episode, we're going to give you some very
