But today I got one of our buddies and we met, I don't know a couple years ago, and the story of how we met is really cool. His name is Paul Vetter. What's up Paul? How's it going my man? It's going great. Thanks for having me right on right on. So just introduce yourself.

1:40.0

Let our listeners know who you are. What's your story and yeah, let's start from there. Yeah. So my name is Paul Vetter.

1:48.0

I have been married 15 years, actually, this December. We have two kids. We actually ended up adopting our children from foster care. My wife and I could not, could not have our own kids. So we went the foster and adoption route.

2:01.0

And I actually run an IT company called VX IT down in South Florida, started around 2015 or so, end of 2014, beginning of 2015. And I have me and my business partner have 11 employees now. So kind of a small business, but we've had some some pretty good growth. And yeah, I mean, how we met basically, I was, I was kind of done with with the way I was doing life. And my wife was kind of done with the way I was also doing life.

2:30.0

And we kind of had a hard, hard discussion. And I just came across some podcasts and years being one of them. And you guys and your message and kind of what you went through kind of changed the trajectory of, you know, Robin and I's life. So, yeah, it's been an interesting journey. It's a daily struggle. But I dove into the personal development world. I think it was probably three or so years ago that we met.

2:56.0

Yeah, we met at well, the first ever kind of, well, the first ever anatomy of marriage conference, AOM con, right, which we got the bright idea of like, hey, we live in Seattle, let's do a conference in Chicago.

3:10.0

For some reason, right. But a decent amount of people showed up. You were one of the guys that flew in all the way from South Florida up to Chicago in the freezing cold weather. And then we just hung out and hit it off there. And that was just.

3:24.0

It was so cool. But I want to back up for a minute. So when you say, I run a small IT company. No, I want to like say what it is, you're the, you're the co founder, right, of an IT company that places customer service first and then does IT stuff after that, basically. And you do a couple million a year, right.

3:44.0

Yeah, we'll probably brooch three million this year. Yeah. So that's not a small thing, right. I'm going to reframe that just for you and our listeners, like, hey, that's, that's kicking ass, right. So you're an entrepreneur on that front. You're very business oriented. And that's one of the things that draws me to you.

4:00.0

Just personally as a as a as a friend is you see things how they are, right, marriage, business, anything life and go, wait a minute. I want more out of that, right.

4:12.0

Clearly, you're wearing a 75 hard shirt. You're a member of the RTA syndicate, which is if our listeners don't know anything about that. It's at my let's and Andy Priscilla. And you are the one who said, dude, you got to do 75 hard. And that was, I think, two years ago, I think you told me that at the conference in Chicago, actually.

4:30.0

Yeah, I was like, no, I'm just, no, I'm not, that, that sounds cool. But you, you go, you go for it, right. I'm fine. Just like working out.

4:39.0

Yeah, that's generally the the response that I get. They're like, yeah, that sounds cool. But I would never, I would never do that or like people, I love this is the great, great excuse. They're like, oh, I could never work out two times today. And I'm like, before you start with that excuse, let me explain that a walk even counts as a workout. So as long as you're moving your body. But yeah, 75 hard change my life.

4:59.0

I'm actually getting ready to do another round of it on the 18th of this month. Nice. I'm going to start it again. And I need to complete because as you know, and some people might not know this, but there's a period of 75 days.

5:11.0

And then there's actually three 30 day periods. And you have to do it within a span of one year, which you have actually completed, which is awesome. I have not completed that full year.
