has authority to speak to his people about marriage and family. So when we think about

marriage and family, we should be listening to God. We don't need to view marriage the way the

world views marriage. We need to view marriage the way God views marriage.

And we need to seek God and ask God who he wants us to marry.

We have sacrificed the right to determine anything in our lives.

Jesus is Lord over our lives.

And certainly that includes one of the biggest decisions we make in our lives,

who God is leading us to marry. And God does call us in the New Testament not to be unequally

yoked with unbelievers, not to be so closely tied together with people who are not walking
