So today we're going to talk about building self confidence, right? As a guy, as a man, and then also giving just doing rights, doing right towards your wife, doing right towards your wife.

Right. Again, I'm a licensed marriage with therapist. Me and Melanie been married for 17 years coming up in August. We got three kids. This is what we do full time. So we bring it. You get it. So let's go.

So one of the things that me and Melanie been talking about a lot recently. As you know, we have been watching lost.

And you know, whatever we're late to the game for sure. But that show is pretty cool. It's interesting. Right. It's clickbaiting on that stuff. But we've been watching it with our kids.

And we've really been having some great conversations around that. And one of those main themes that keeps on coming back and coming back and revisited over and over for Melanie is, she's like, hey, Seth.

When I see Sawyer or Jack or Syed, especially Syed's her new boyfriend, show up the way that they do much like Indiana Jones or the dude in the mummy. I can't brand and Frazier in the mummy. They go, okay, lady, I got this situation.

I don't know exactly what to do, but I'm going to try my damnedest and hardest to do the right thing. That's will give you protection that will give us direction and will give us provision over this. Right.
