All right, let's get started. On Sunday mornings, we're going through 2 Corinthians chapter by chapter, verse by verse.

And today our text will be chapter 11, and we'll begin in verse 22, and we'll make our way all the way to verse 23.

So just two verses today. As I mentioned last week, we're not going to rush through this chapter here in Paul's second epistle to the Corinthian Church.

So I'll have you turn there if you're not there already. And once you do, if you're able, I'll ask you to stand. You can follow along with me as I read.

We'll begin in verse 22, where the Apostle Paul is writing, and quite bluntly and rhetorically

asks them, are they Hebrews?

So am I. Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. I am out of my. I am out of my mind to talk like this. I am more. I have worked much harder, been in prison more frequently, been flogged more severely, and been exposed to death again and again.

Let's pray and we'll ask God's blessing on our understanding if you would join with me.

thank you for your word.

Thank you for this portion that we have open before us today here in your word.

Lord, we need for you now at this time as only you can to satiate the hunger and the thirst that we have. Lord, would you not only satiate that hunger and thirst,

but in so doing, Lord, would you minister to us and speak into our lives in and through

your word? That's why we're here. We want to hear you speak into our lives into our lives. And Lord, when you speak, we not only want

to hear, but we want to take heed to your word as well. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen. You can

Today's teaching is part five of a series I've titled Marks of a True Leader.

What we're about to see in today's text is true to form the Apostle Paul really confronting these Corinthian Christians

and he's about to virtually silence these false apostles once and for all. Sadly though, Paul has been forced to do this. He doesn't want

to do this, but he has to do this, by virtue of how these false apostles have been met

with a measure of success in delegitimizing Paul's apostleship.
