We start off with markets rejecting a 5% 10-year yield in a big way the benchmark Treasury hitting 5.02% early this morning a new 16 plus year high

But then falling 17 basis points from those levels it was the third straight day the 10-year

hit and closed below that key psychological level. The catalyst's potentially

two tweets from Bill Ackman revealing he has covered his bond short

short, saying there's too much risk to remain short bonds at current rates.

One sector, the market in particular,

seemed to like the yield move, and that would be mega cap tech.

Look at the games and names like Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, and Alphabet, all of which report earnings this week.
