part two. There are some specific measurables in marketing that I believe are most important for you to be tracking in your business.

Now I'm not talking about profit and loss, of course you should be tracking, gross profit,

net profit, you should be tracking obviously your turnover, your percentage profit margins,

gross and net, top line and bottom line if you like, but they're more accounting KPI's or functions. The main marketing KPI or measurables if you like are first of all your acquisition costs for lead.

And you would look at your acquisition cost for a lead.

So that might be AQL acquisition cost for lead. Now you might have a target acquisition cost for lead.
