Let's start with the food.

Jack-In-the-box,, company we don't normally talk about, Charlie.

It's got about 2,200 restaurants and another 600 plus Q-Doba Mexican Grills.

Shares of Jack on the Box up more than 2% this morning on the news that it will be

closing somewhere in the neighborhood of about 12% of the Q-Doba restaurants by the end of the

fiscal year which is the end of September.

And you said the stock was up.

And the stock was up which...

They must have been really underperforming.

Which tells me that they're not just identifying the underperforming

Q-dobas, but the really underperforming Q-O-Bos but the really underperforming

Q-Ler markets say and cut your losses and win here.
