We've got a lot going on today, plenty to talk about, but let's begin with

Sears, which has announced it's borrowing $400 million from CEO Eddie Lampert's hedge fund,

ESL investments. Now, I don't know much about Eddie Lampert's Hedge Fund, ESL Investments.

Now, I don't know much about much, but when a company has to borrow this much money from

its, basically its own CEO, that can't be a good side. First and foremost, why does Sears need this much cash?

Well, I mean, that's, you know, you hit on a question there of why they need that money.

I think you have to ask yourself, what do they plan to do with that money?

And you know, we talked about that with the Radio Shack here last week. You know, they, they,

regardless of whether they're going to get a cash infusion, the cash infusion, that's not the news, the news is, tell me what you're going to do with that money.

I mean, if you look at the filing, the filing says they're using the money, quote, for general corporate purposes.
