Hello. Happy Thursday. We're going to talk

international retail. We've got a potential IPO, but we are going to start. I'm

not even sure how to categorize this so I'll just go right into the story

Let's start with the fact that on an average trading day

fewer than one million shares of so-to-stream international trade from one person to another.

And today, in just the first two hours of trading more than four times that amount have traded, and that is because of a newspaper report in

Israel that Pepsi was in talks to buy Soda Stream for two billion dollars

Isaac we know now that this is completely untrue but so to stream is a company that

you I know you follow it closely with first and foremost what did you think

when you first you woke up this morning

you the first time you see this story what goes through your head when you see this do

do you think oh this is a great move do you think wait a minute what

what is probably the best explanation there you know just

completely shocked me or would shock me if this was actually going to go through and

so that's how I responded you know Pepsi coke making a bit Soda Stream, of course it's a fast-growing company,

but it's not something that I would have foreseen for multiple reasons.

And so we talk about the signal versus the noise, finding out this is false.
