Good riddens to the month of May.

We're happy that May is done.

They have sold and left.

I was going to say, yeah, we kind of at the beginning of the month sort of,

we made a little fun of the whole notion of the old adage sell in May and go away.

But it seems like a bunch of people actually did that because the market has kind of tanked this.

But still up for the year, still good, but...

Yeah, that has proven true the last couple of years now, but if you're thinking about doing

it next May, remember it won't repeat every time, and now if he did sell you need to figure

out when to get back in.

Meanwhile, we're just fishing.

We're enjoying ourselves.

Exactly. I feel good about buying in May.
