we're going to get to the deal of the day. Shares of Barnes and Noble up more

than 60% this morning on the news that Microsoft will invest 300 million in Barnes and

Noble's Nook Digital Book and College Text businesses. Charlie, there's going to be a

new subsidiary for the businesses.

Microsoft has a stake of about 17.5% in it.
