What's happening, Chris?

It is good to hear your voice and I got a bunch of things I want to talk to you about,

but first

and foremost how is life in Sydney?

Oh it's great. The city is beautiful. The people are great. They're kind of

like Californians meet

southerners which is nice

uh... the weather is amazing food is great

they're clean

pretty

you get beaches it's nice nice all right now I'm feeling horrible about where I live so let's move on to the

investor but Alexandria is nice now it's today it was like 50 degrees and gray and anyway. Let's talk first and

foremost about the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting. That's coming up in early May and I mean

that's obviously an organization you follow as closely as any other in the investing world.
