Serious XM got a victory in court.

We're going to start with Goldman Sachs.

Goldman Sachs first quarter profit fell less than Wall Street was expecting.

Joe Maker, I'll start with you.

Shares basically flat on the earnings news.

What did you think of their quarter?

I didn't think there were any real surprises here.

I was happy with it.

I'm a Goldman shareholder recommended

at IV. Basically what I was looking for was decent enough results because what

you're looking at is investor right now is a company that's selling the stock selling a discount to tangible book value,

which is a screaming bargain price, especially for business that's actually making money.

We're going to see a rebound in investment banking activity.

They're going to be a big winner and take part in that,

and I'm very happy to own the shares right now.
