I don't want to give anyone the impression that I'm constantly going to you with legal issues, but I thought it would be interesting because it seems like every few weeks or so one of the things we touch on here in the studio has to do with the law in some way shape or form and I thought it would be interesting to maybe kick around a few different topic specifically with you.

So we'll talk about a case that is actually working its way through the courts right now here in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
