All right, we've got numbers from McDonald's

and Avon, and we're going to dig into the economics of witchcraft.

But we will begin overseas where for the third time since mid-October, China has increased

interest rates.

They're trying to curb inflation.

What is the ripple effect for U.S. investors?

Well, you know, I think one thing you can look at is that it's nice to be in China's

position and to have the choice to raise interest rates to slow down your economy hopefully

so that it doesn't...

Economy is too hot, we gotta slow it down?

Yeah, that's a nicer problem than our problem, which I guess the next step is to actually pay people to

take money that's already being lent for free.
