It feels good to be caught up to the big leagues. It feels real good to be here.

Before we get into our topics today, we're going to talk about Twitter. We're going to talk

earning season. We will continue our smart home discussion. I just want to say a quick

thank you to everyone who came out on Monday night to our women and investing

event that we had. We had a great crowd. We had about 200 people, which that's a great crowd we had about 200 people which that's a great crowd anytime

but particularly Monday when the weather was starting to turn it was really

wonderful so thank you everyone who came out we had a great event with David and Tom Gardner,

Lou Anne Lofton, Alice Lomax, and others, so it was great. So thank you for that.

Let's start with Twitter shares down about 10% just in the last day and a half and Brian no secret as

to why the stock is down this morning for the third time in two weeks. Twitter shares have been downgraded.

Morgan Stanley downgraded the stock on Monday.

Today it was Cantor.
