Lauren? The last time that I was looking for a seafood related topic I I was kind of browsing through Monterey Bay Aquarium's

recommendations for seafood for best choice seafood and this was high on the list and I I don't think we've ever done an

episode about squid we have done squid ink which is usually from cuttlefish

but but yeah so I was like, yeah, let's do that. And I have to say not that this was the same type of squid and we'll talk about this more later, but we did recently get to attend a wedding, Super producer Dylan.
