We haven't done one of these for what, about two years now

if I recall properly? I think so yeah it's been a while. Well that means we're long

overdue so we're going to cover one of the greatest markets in the in the entire country here. So let's

talk about Houston. The thing with Houston with me is it's a

very very large market and I don't remember exactly how large it is geographically

but I know from a population perspective it's got
