0:18.0	You know, Atlanta has experienced significant job growth and population growth over the last five or ten years
0:24.0	which is a good sign of the housing market there and although prices have increased
0:28.3	considerably over those last five years or so Atlanta still offers affordable
0:32.4	investment properties in various
0:33.6	parts of the area all over the metro area and these properties rent for just
0:37.9	under 1% of the purchase price along with that strong appreciation potential.
0:42.3	So that still makes Atlanta a great market to invest in.
0:45.4	The problem is that we've had a challenge getting inventory there over the last few years,
0:50.3	even though we've been in the Atlanta market for over a decade.
0:53.6	So it's a perennial market for us.
0:55.1	We love the market.
0:56.0	There's just strong growth.
0:57.8	But fortunately and luckily for us, we actually have some new inventory now and coming up in the near future.
