Global markets plunged this morning. Hong Kong's Hangseng Index closed its worst day since 1997,

while European stocks fell in early trading, but are faring better than Asia.

And with fears that a global recession could impact the need for fuel, oil prices have dropped

to their lowest level in four years.

As for the U.S., futures aren't looking good, after the worst two-day stretch for stocks in five

Goldman Sachs has raised its U.S. recession odds to 45 percent,

But Trump is still speaking positively about his tariffs,

And his administration has sent mixed signals about whether the tariffs are open for
