Those of you who are out there either listening on the video or

audio. And of course, we're, you know, some of you are catching this on a replay later.

We wanted to be able to do this in the middle of the day on Wednesday here, the day after the

election, obviously really up until last night, we had absolutely no idea

what we'd be covering on the call because we couldn't have possibly known where things would be

both in the markets and in the election itself and in the national political landscape.

And we know so much more now than we did 24 hours ago.

I think we're going to be able to have a pretty substantive talk.

But as I think awful lot of people could have predicted,

there are certain things we don't know.

And I'm going to comment on that as well.
