Well, hello, it's been a little while since we've joined you in this format.

We're back to just sort of using these video conversations here at the Bonson Group when there's a sort of

market warranted event, something that is kind of extraordinary enough in circumstance

that might be useful to have a little deeper dive of discussion. We've been in a couple weeks of such a moment in the market,

and so the first person I reached out to was Scott Gam,

who, of course, has led us to many of these conversations in the past

through COVID and for quite a good long time after that.

And here we are again.

happening in the world here over the last few days, weeks, months, what have you.
