I think to all those who have called in and especially you know who regularly participate in these calls

it's been a little while because two weeks ago we had a memorial day and i think even the week

before there was a travel day or something either way we're a little off our program. And so I'm glad to be back

into the swing of things. We intend to kind of keep it going. And maybe today might go a little

longer normal just because there's been a number of things. They're kind of stacked up and we may

choose to address. The only thing I'll say before I hand it over to Scott to lead the whole entire discussion

is that you're welcome to send questions real time.

I have my screen open right in front of me.

a lot to discuss. We've got a pretty important week for the markets with the Fed meeting this

week, which we'll talk about in a moment. But I always like to start off with your general take

on where things stand across the markets

with stocks pretty close to record highs.

Well, you know, the overall situation in the market has not changed much.

And it candidly hasn't changed much all year.
