my running compadres out there, I had been averaging about 55 miles a week or higher. And then I went to like 35 and 31 and not

intentional at all. I had to take a series of days off. It was very frustrating. And I was feeling this is

totally in my head, but I was feeling like my fitness was slipping.

I was not going to, you know, and if there's no, like if I'm not going to reach this goal,

like if I'm not going to be able to put 110% towards the goal, I'm not going to go there and blow up, right?

So there was this few days that I was thinking this might not happen and i had this run that was a
