Wanted to bring you up to speed what we're going to start doing every week in between

the big money God podcast, the financial chaos topics where we restore order to your financial

chaos.

We are going to have market and media updates because you guys have told me you want additional

content and I wanted to help you out as much as I can so with that, let's hit it.

Today's podcast on this market and media update, the first one, we're going to talk about

two things that can help you out and both of these came out of the consumer reports.

One came from the August, 2006 issue, the other one came from the September, 2006.

The first is the five worst kitchen design goofs you can do with home prices starting

to pretty much stabilize them when I get in that drastic appreciation we've had in the

last few years and you're also starting to see fewer people are buying and up sizing

their houses so instead they're probably going to focus on those home improvement projects.

So one of the first things everybody always thinks about when they want to improve their

houses, let's upgrade the kitchen so money guy as well as consumer reports we want to

help you out with that process.

So the five worst design goofs, let's talk about these.
