And obviously you've been here today to promote your new autobiography, Winging it.

How did you find the process of going about that and looking back on what's been an amazing

journey for you?

Yeah, it was really good.

Very cathartic for me, cleansing all these, some memories I had, good and and bad and I really enjoyed the process of

writing a book and getting some memories out and getting some facts that I even

forgotten about myself and yeah it was it was really interesting for me.

And I'm sure you keep a close eye on your old club here.

You must be impressed without they progressing under the guidance of

Jurgen clock.

Oh, absolutely, yeah.

The front player has always been exciting and now they've

shored up the back a bit as well. So as a team now, they're very, very solid.
