But I read two book. Two book. I read two books for the series that we're starting

today. This is going to be a two-parter. That's a fact. There's not going to be a three.

It's going to be definitely a two-parter, but I've already got almost all of Part 2 written.

But the first book that I read for today is The Devil's Cinema by Steve

Lilibwan. The second book was The One Who Got Away by Giles Tetralt. Now, both books were great.

Loved them both. Very different from each other. The devil's cinema is very much a straightforward retelling of the story.

But the second book, the one who got away, is actually a firsthand account of one of the

survivors of the perpetrator that we're covering today, Mark Twitchell. So whereas the first

book kind of focuses heavily on the entire story, the second book is a hyper-focused, magnifying glass on one portion of the story.

No, that's good. That's, you know, perspective.

And the first book started, the devil cinema started.

I don't know why true crime novels do this, but they oftentimes, they're like, they're trying to write

this book, whether it be about Ed Kemper or Jeffrey Dahmer or whoever, and they're like,

what perspective should I take for this book that is full of horrific crime and murder and

decapitations?
