Well, let's talk to the dean himself, Ed Rollins.

Nobody's run more campaigns or more successful campaigns or worked with more presidents and politicians.

And it's great to have them with us.

Ed Rollins, how you doing?

Good morning. How are you?

Today is a big day for Republicans, the big Texas, Texas Senate race, primary.

The president just endorsed a week ago, probably will influence the race greatly.

But those consequences we should tackle out.

And what do you think will happen today?

I think that Paxton will probably win at his attorney general.

He came as second in the primary before to John Cornyn.

He was a four-term former leader of Republicans, very popular in Washington.

But I think the president's endorsement probably makes the difference there.

The consequences is though if Paxton wins, he's got a lot more controversy in his background.

This most expensive primary history over $165 million has already been spent in this race in the primary. Probably another $300 million, $400 million will be spent on $5 million. It's already been spent in this race in the primary.

Probably another $300 million and $400 million will be spent by the time this thing is finished, maybe more.

I think the critical thing here is the White House political team had better start

counting votes because the coroner is a very popular guy

he was the was the deputy theater and and uh

you now have a couple of these senators who've

presidents gone in and defeated uh and obviously uh they still get to
