All these big skyscrapers, you know, everybody thinks everybody's working from home,

that's the end, they're finished.

What's the real story with all these buildings well right now a lot of them are working from home and uh but

here's the thing i mean yeah we don't have enough people in offices but nobody everybody's a prisoner

of the moment you know and it's been a long pandemic moment i get it but nobody really has any

idea what's going to happen in the future. Excuse me, and I include both the

optimists and the pessimists in that. Nobody's going to have any idea what the situation really is

until the virus is substantially over. And you know what? It almost is. Not yet, but it's on the way. The numbers in

New York City and New York State are not just falling, but they're almost in free fall. You just

look at the daily data. And it will take a few weeks for people to realize that. And then,

assuming the trend continues, and then after that, it will take a few weeks more for our perspective

to set in. Hey, wait a minute. Maybe we're really over this. And, you know, the government told us

last year, don't worry, it's over. Take off your mask. Remember all that last spring? And then boom,

then we got Delta and then we got Omicron. There's good reason to believe that this is going to be it.
