Great column yesterday, Kyle Rittenhouse, and you compare it to Bernie Gatz, and there is one obvious similarity that it was in times of lawlessness

where the police weren't there, the police were held back, and Kyle Rittenhouse, if you were

him, what would you do right now? What would you say tonight in that interview? Well, I think

he should not be shy about proclaiming his innocence. I mean, I think he should not be shy about proclaiming his innocence.

by the verdict

because the media

that you consume did not see it coming

uh... then shame on that media.

Because it should not be a surprise.

I mean, look, it is a difficult thing to judge a jury if you're in the courtroom, let's say,

as a journalist, because you don't know what the jury is paying attention to.

You don't know how they're weighing it. and then particularly when they get in their deliberations

you're not sure like who the loudest voice in the room is and and who who might be the person

who is most likely to just sort of go against the grain whatever the grain is I mean all kinds of
