Before we do that, I've got to talk to you about the FAA, okay, the Federal Aviation

Administration.

So look, I am all about, as we talk about on MLK Day,

diversity, inclusion, it's great. It's perfect, equality. But I don't understand what is happening

here. So the FA psychiatric problems and mental and physical conditions under this diversity

and inclusion hiring program.

It says, quote, the FAA website says, quote, targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the federal government as a matter of policy has identified for special emphasis in

recruitment and hiring.

They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability, and dwarfism.

The initiative is part of the FAA's diversity and inclusion program, and diversity is integral to achieving FAA's mission mission of ensuring safe and efficient travel across our nation and beyond.
