All your years of a police officer, they're going to have National Guard check bags.

Have you ever known a criminal to ever carry luggage with them?

But I'm serious. If you saw the criminal carrying a bag, a briefcase or a tote bag, wouldn't you

think this is not a mugger, this is not a robber?

Yes. Normally with a stop and frisk, you would see a known criminal gang member with a bulging

their waistband, making furtive movements with their hands.

There are all kinds of different signals and signs that you pick up on.

But, Mark, real quick, on the four-day work week, we used to do 12-hour tours, three days

on, four days off.
