Hey, if you notice when the other hosts do the Balance of Nature commercial,

they always say, as a busy talk show host,

I don't have time to eat all these fruits and vegetables. So there's another one that said, between radio and TV, I don't have time to eat. What does that mean? They all say this one, except me. You'll notice I have time. I do radio and a podcast and TV shows, and I got all day. You know, hey, last night. I mean, think about what you eat every day. Last night I had pizza. I had chicken parmesan. I had dessert. I had, this is at a restaurant. Then I had a million hors d'oeuvres at a party during the day. I had all those times, you know, when you sit in the restaurant instead of, bring me the pizza, you could say, bring me just fruit.

You could, you're eating all day long.

Just switch.

Even when you're doing TV, you know, at Fox over there in all those green rooms, they've got a beautiful,

here's cookies and here's cake and here's all this.

But over here, there's like apples, bananas.

There's usually pears.

You could eat over on that side of the buffet there if you want.

So it's just making the right choices.
