So a lot of people are forced back to work now.

You know, it used to be work at home.

Then it was, okay, a hybrid, you know, two days in the office, Monday, Thursday, Friday, you can stay home. For more and more companies, it's three days, four days, maybe you can work at home Friday. It's a lot of back to work. So a lot of people, especially these millennials, not millennials, these, what do they call them, Generation Z or whatever the hell they are, they didn't like this. They didn't like going back to, you know, they were kind of spoiled. They didn't like to go back to the office. So they did what it was called quiet quitting. They'd come back to the office, but they would do as little as possible there. So apparently the new thing now, they call it coffee badging. Gen Z does coffee badging if they're forced back to the office.

And what that means is you do come into the office, get a cup of coffee, use your badge to swipe in, you know, in the lobby, on the elevator, have some coffee, and then go home.

That's about all you do.

So, but how do you do that?

Because, like, here, we have to use our card to swipe in, but you also have to use it

to leave.

So they know when you came and they know when you left.

Same thing at Fox.

You got to swipe in and you got to swipe out. They know every time

you came in a leave. And you can see certain people here who in the middle of the day, they swipe out

a couple of times. And you can tell when it's, they're not going to get coffee. You can tell who smokes

because they swipe out for 12 minutes to go stand in front of the building, freezing and smoking.

And so some people just come in to get coffee.
