Okay, we'll take some calls.

It's not the great out.

It's like a little sort of cloudy.

It's the first day of spring.

But traditionally, the first few days of spring, the weather's never great.

And it's supposed to be a little rain later today.

Here's this 800-321-0-7-10 is the number.

Here's this poll supposed to scare you, I guess.

Half of all New Yorkers want to flee the city.

Half of all New Yorkers say they'll leave in the next five years.

Sounds pretty bad, huh?

Yeah, so 51% say they'll leave in the next five years.

Sounds awful, doesn't it?

They forget to point out.

That's the number in every poll ever.

They always say this. In fact, if you go back before the

pandemic to 2017, 58% said they would leave New York. It doesn't mean anybody's. People just say

that. I mean, there are people that are going to leave, but most people aren't actually leaving.

Although they say the biggest problem is the sense of lawlessness.
