guys of the world, Dean Pol takes it over. You know, the Pol brothers Gillis Poll, Dean Pol,

these guys are geniuses. They've opened like 20 of the finest restaurants in the tri-state

area. Dean Pol took over Gallagher's rebuilt. It's magnificent. It's great. So years ago, he gets the boathouse and spends a lot of money, millions, rebuilds its beautiful, food's great.

Suddenly it's like a great restaurant. Well, he finally left. And from what I hear, it was just the rent was out of control. This is New York City renting it to him. The rent was out of control, so he's gone. And these dumb politicians, this guy's a top restaurant guy. The boathouse was magnificent. Big events were being held there. Everybody was going there. So they said, well, we'll just get somebody else. We can get somebody else. We can get a lot of others. So they get a company called Legends. They give them a 10-year license. Now, Legends, a very fine company, nice people, but you know what they do normally, food-wise? Stadiums. Stadium food. It's like hot dogs and pop. They took over the boat house. They just opened it up and they had the opening.
