Spring Lake and Seagert and that's the beach. I'd really, really rather be there than my basement right now,

Catherine. How is it down there right now? It is very hot. I am a real estate appraiser. I'm just coming back from Long Beach

Island. Well, that is my second favorite place in the world. And all I know is LBI, I used to be able to

rent a place for a week for like maybe $3,000. I get seven nights. I'll call it like $400 a night, you know,

which is basically a hotel room rate these days.

And now I can't sniff anything under like $15,000.

Like it's tripled.

It's amazing.
