Dave, how you doing? Good morning, Mark. I'm doing very well. Thank you. Mark, I wish to ask a question

about a report in Politico. They say former governor, Andrew Cuomo, was thinking of running

from mayor, but current mayor, Eric Eric Adams says it won't happen.

Now, my question is, wouldn't Governor Cuomo, I'm sorry, wouldn't Cuomo be facing lawsuits over the nursing home disaster?

Well, yeah, Cuomo is, it's a good question. Quomo is looking to run for anything

anywhere. Cuomo is desperate to get back in the game. He would have absolutely no shot at anything.

He'd be very easy to campaign against, you just point out his disastrous record as governor,

his ridiculously high taxing.

He just taxed people to death.

He caused a massive exodus.

That's the exodus beginning there.

A couple of million people moving to Florida in other places, thanks to Cuomo.

He signed that no bail, no jail law that caused the biggest crime wave.

He, I mean, you can go on and on with this list. Obviously, the nursing home disaster was just horrible.

You know, he and his aides now double talk their way around it. Well, I know he's got a million excuses, but it is the single dumbest decision. Look back on it now.

At the height of the pandemic with the virus raging out of control, this is the original virus,

the deadly original virus, if somebody tested positive, an older person from a nursing home, they tested positive in the hospital,

he ordered the nursing homes to take them back in.

And they sent 10,000 people who just got tested positive into all the nursing homes.

It ended up killing 10,000 grandparents in those nursing homes.

10,000 were killed. I mean, that's the dumbest decision anybody's ever made. You can go on and on
