Are you guys hearing all about this Gilgo killer because he's got a place down there? Not as much as you'd think. It's just a roundabout. It's really, you know, there's a lot of New Yorkers and people from the Trisier area down here now. and they put it on the news once in a moon, blue moon, but it's not getting the coverage.

You'll see it on Fox and Newsmax, but you won't see it on the local channels near as much as you would see up there. It was the first day or so. They highlighted and spoke about it, but pretty much nobody else really talking about it. Isn't that funny? South Carolina, you think you'd be all excited. This is like the biggest name down there. Yeah, but I spent a lot of time on that Go-Go Beach fishing for a decade. Really? That was a lonely 17-mile stretch between Jones Beach, and it brings you out to Robert Moses Parkway and Captory. Okay, but what about this, there's these stories about years ago, all kinds of weird stuff at night took place in Gilgo Beach.

Well, yeah, it's like the people from Gilgo Beach were able to see that plane that was shot down, Flight 800 that was shot down.

Well, for the South, people for Gilgo Beach saw that.

And Gilgo Beach really is a wonderful community.

It's really, I think it's part of the town of Babylon, if I'm not mistaken. And people can buy a house there, but you don't own the property. You have like a doll lease in perpetuity, but you don't own the property of the house you're on. It's kind of a private community. but, you know, we go out there and fish in the middle of the night and stuff like that if you get the Babylon Town,

Babylon Town, uh, Babylon Town permit. But, you know, my wife, my wife always had, she'd always, you know, get the gas tank down to a eighth of a tank, a 16th of a tank. She ran out of gas out there on Ocean Park one time,

and she never let that happen again, I can tell you that.

A lot of people have hobbies.

They enjoy golf uh swimming uh pickleball

fishing in the dark in the middle of the night how does that become a hobby what is so nice about

that because you know there's nobody to break chops or talk to your bar the year you know you get to sit out there and think and watch the stars there's nobody to break chops or talk to your bar the year.

There's no lights around, so you can really see the stars.

And if you're into astrology and astronomy, you can do that.

But it's peaceful, it's quiet, and it gets you the hell away from everybody else

of the noise you all day long.
