and I'm 60. Well, you're only 60. Well, listen, they're not saying it happens to everybody. They're just saying you increase the risk that you should be eating over a period of 12 to 16 hours. Don't shrink that down to eight hours. That's all they're saying. Yeah, okay. So I guess I get an incorporate food if I had to. Yeah, no, no no, it's just don't overdo the intermittent fasting. That's all they're saying. Now, there are some other doctors who looked at this survey and said, the most important thing is what you eat, not what time you eat. Most important thing is if you're eating healthy, that helps a lot. But don't overdo the intermittent fasting. In other words, 12 hours. Okay, you can go 12
