They're deadlocked on that.

Now, don't get too excited.

That just means the top charge could go away.

They could still convict on the lesser charges.

But on the top charge, they are deadlocked.

Hopefully, they'll be deadlocked on the other charges.

Hopefully, we hope, they'll just toss out this whole case.

The woman prosecuting is a crazy left-wing woke DA.

Now, also remember, if he's convicted of all of this,

each one of these charges do not have a minimum prison sentence.

So he could be convicted, and the judge would not have to send him to prison.

He could be let go without any prison. But we'll see what happens. So the top charge, they're

deadlocked. Most likely that top charge will be gone. There's still lesser charges. We'll
