Let's go to Tom in Point Pleasant, one of the nicest parts of New Jersey. Tom, how you doing? I'm doing well, Mark. Thank you very much. Last week, Mark, you were talking about servers and restaurants reciting specials. Yeah. Would it not be a better idea, and I've maintained this with restaurants that I go to, to write the specials down with the price and hand that list to the customer along with the menu.

Well, a lot of restaurants. A lot of restaurants do that. I know. I don't know why most don't because it saves time. The waiter could go on his business and help other people, and it would save a lot of noise in the restaurant. Because if you have a number of servers reciting these specials... No, I understand. And a lot of restaurants do print it up, but it requires printing, so that's a problem.

You've got to have a printer. It's got to look nice. It's got to look. You know, some of them, they give you the fancy menu, and then there's a separate thing. It's like a fancy menu version with just the specials, but, you know, it's expensive to do that, and they have the guy. It's okay if there's three or four specials. But again, like I was saying, the other night, it must have been 27 specials. You'll listen to this guy for, it's like a one-man show for 20 minutes. He's reciting specials. And let me just say that they should not allow halibut to ever be a special. I love halibut.
