quietly, not with any thunder, slowly but surely remove the ice agents from Minneapolis.

and the city. Well, yeah, some people say, just pull out, let them have, let them be a sanctuary city and have all the trouble that comes with it. But then it would encourage the protesters to go to every city and do the same thing. You don't want that either. But if you do it quietly, though, Mark, like when no one really knows of that.
