you just mentioned that 7-Eleven is closing nearly 450 stores. I saw the report on Fox business.

A couple of questions. Okay, part of the report said that consumer cigarette sales are down.

All right, fine. there's organized shoplifting

rings but as part of it because of the fact in the new york area albin bragg refuses to

prosecute these professional shoplifting rings yeah that's a big problem uh Dave good point

yeah cigarette sales way down that hurt hurt 7-Eleven. The theft,

the shoplifting, it just makes it impossible for a lot of businesses with tight little profit

margins to stay open. The other thing, 7-Eleven, we love 7-Eleven, let's be honest food wise uh you could do a lot better anyway

anywhere everywhere this is 7-Eleven there's now a shake shack there's now a something else

there's now uh people just don't want to eat that stuff anymore uh love hot dogs but you don't

want one that's sitting in a 7-11 case for like six months.

And coffee-wise, I don't think they've kept up with the times.
